2. Credit Cards not accepted, checks and money orders only.
3. Check-In Time is 3 pm. If you are to be late, please call so we can make arrangements.
4. Check-Out time is 10 am. Keys are to be left on kitchen counter top.
5. Any pets on premises or smoking indoors will be cause for immediate eviction without refund
6. Our home must be left in very good order before departure. No cleaning service is provided during your stay.
7. Renters are responsible for any damages during the rental period.
